For $45 per person, take part in wine, nosh on cheese and crackers, and decorate a wine glass with Purim-themed creations which you can then bring home with you.

LAURENCE MINETTI is an art teacher in the Bronx, who has been working with high school students for over 30 years. He has seen so much talent and creativity from his students in areas such as drawing, painting, ceramics, and more. Born and raised in the Bronx, Laurence originally taught at the high school he attended, which was very special to him.

Along the way he has won many awards, with the highest being the Big Apple Art Teacher of the Year from the NYC Department of Education. Specializing in the art of painting, Laurence allows his students to express themselves on canvas within his art studio. He has taken this idea further and now instructs adults and children during paint sessions.

Laurence’s main goal is to see all of his artists happy and enjoying the process and experience of developing a piece. When they are excited to go home with their work, it brings him great pleasure knowing that he helped inspire the blast of creativity that came about in their masterpieces.
