After the murder of 12 Israelis by the Palestinian terrorist group Black September at the 1972 Olympics in Munich, Germany, the Israeli government took action. This taut thriller, directed by Steven Spielberg, looks at that response. As an exploration of moral ambiguity, this movie is as relevant today as it was when it was released in 2005.
